On July 23rd, 2021, a NYC trio called ALMA was on the brink of releasing their highly anticipated album, “Mosaic,” which made our list of the best albums of 2021. After a three-year break, they have returned with a new name, ROSALIND. In our conversation, we explore their rebrand and current single, a cover of Pink Floyd’s classic “Wish You Were Here.” This single gives us a tantalizing taste of what to expect from their new EP, “ALMA: CODA,” set to release later this summer.
