The “People en Español Festival ” (People Magazine Festival in Spanish), which pays tribute to Hispanic culture, being held this year for the first time in New York City.
Scheduled for October 17 and 18 at the Jacob Javits Center, free two-day event is framed in the Month of Hispanic Heritage in the United States and features celebrities, opinion leaders and social leaders, combining informative panels and musical events with family activities.
The Festival this year, whose theme is “Your voice, your power, your festival” will feature guest appearances Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Pitbull, Dascha Polanco, Maite Perroni, Alejandra Espinoza and many other renowned figures in the Hispanic community.
“This year, we celebrate Latino leaders and their influence,” said the director of People en Español, Monique Manso to elaborate on the theme of the event.
The fourth edition of the Festival arrives in New York after three successful years in San Antonio, Texas, as part of the events related to its conclusion, there will be a special feature of the new musical On Your Feet !, the Broadway musical of Emilio and Gloria Estefan. People en Español audience members will have access to a code of up to 40% discount.
